A Welcome from Dr. Formal DeHyde

Welcome, shock seekers, to the House of the Weird!

    I am Dr. Formal DeHyde (accent on the second syllable, if you please), your tour guide through the strange and wonderful world of B-cinema. Here, the bizarre is commonplace and the commonplace is bizarre. It is a trip through the wacky realm of low-budget, public domain horror and sci-fi, where anything can happen!

    Every other week, join me here for a new movie from around the 1950s and 60s, when Drive-Ins and Spook Shows were at their peak. There will be (or should I say, bee) wasp women, giant gila monsters, the living dead, and, who knows, maybe even an evil brain from outer space (if we're lucky).

    Of course, if you can't stand the shock (or, more appropriately, the schlock), I will be here to add some humorous commentary on the goings-on. So sit back, relax, turn out the lights, and hide under the covers, because you're in for the time of your life...the last time! Muahahaha!
